The Flow Centre was born to educate and coach people who are not already finding flow in their day-to-day. We train people to embed functional behaviours that allow them to thrive. Our team has over 15 years experience working with companies, olympic athletes and elite performers, we know what it takes to improve performance.

We focus on a variety of different themes that combine to deliver a comprehensive psychological training program. We work to build your teams knowledge base and provide practical tasks that manifest independent and empowered workers.
All training sessions are assessed to measure flow and performance increases. Over time profiles for individuals can be used to target further training. We collect and report data that signpost engagement and motivational deficits, burnout, and company dissatisfaction before they occur.
