We examine all areas of your life from your relationships to your career and ensure Flow is congruent throughout. You will present your flow training programme to the founders of TFC, receive a number of private 1-to-1 coaching sessions to make sure that your learning is embedded and the training is truely transformative.
We examine how Flow fits into a multitude of areas of life, how to find it, and how you can help those that you work with to find more flow. We cover the psychology, philosophy, neuroscience, physiology, therapy, and sociology of Flow, all with a focus on apply this knowledge to produce embedded knowledge and true learning for others.
Choosing this course is more than just about the course. We continue to help our members years after there courses and we see your participation on the course as a life-long relationship with us. On certification you become an exclusive member of our diploma graduates and may also benefit from future collaborations with TFC, and others within, if of interest.
Most importantly you will create a personalised flow ritual and training programme that works. During the course you will have practiced and refined your skills and tweaked any skills for different areas in your life.

This course is 100% online. We will meet face-to-face in live sessions 13 times over a two month period. It is intense but designed so that you can engage whilst doing your full time job.

Meet Your Coaches
Cameron is a renowned coach, author, speaker and entrepreneur. He has been a junior British tennis player, and awarded the Outstanding Academic Achievement Prize for reports surrounding flow and performance. Cameron has coached numerous World Champions, CEOs, and entrepreneurs. Fascinated by optimal experience, Cameron founded The Flow Centre to help put Flow states on the map and give people the tools to manifest the life they have always dreamed of.
Sue is an author, sport psychologist and mindfulness-meditation teacher. Sue has been involved in the psychology of Flow since completing a PhD on flow state in elite athletes in the early 1990s. Sue is one of the most cited authors on Flow including having created the most widely used instrument by which we measure flow today. Sue’s work in Flow has helped to make this optimal psychological state understandable and more accessible to all levels of performers, from weekend warriors to Olympic Champions.
This course is mobile, tablet, and desktop friendly. You can download the app and even absorb and engage with the training on the run.

How long does the course take?
The course runs over a 7 week period. In which we meet face-to-face over zoom in 13 different long sessions over these two months. There are a number of practical tasks which we encourage you to engage with and practice, therefore we recommend you take a couple of months or 100+ self-paced hours on top of the course hours.
Do I still have access to the course after I'm finished?
Absolutely. You will have access for a lifetime. Once the course is over, you get full lifetime access to our online platform with the majority of the course content – so you’re free to revisit different portions and brush up on specific techniques or lessons as often as you like.
But that’s not all: you also have the option to stay tuned in to the community that do the course. Some of the best feedback addresses the community and conversations that happen between the community. Once the course is finished you will get access to all the future commentary and community chatter to engage and learn with.
Just like reading a book, sometimes we get more from the course the second time around. So, we encourage you to revisit the course months or even years down the line. You’ll get to connect with even more like-minded people on the same journey as you and strengthen your learning.
Do I have to practice everyday?
No. In the course we will set some new positive habits for you to engage with. We recommend that you do your flow practice before and during your daily challenges and also targeted towards a specific task of your choosing. Nevertheless, although this may sound intense, this course is designed to run along side someone having a full time job. Put simply, the more you practice these tasks, the more your awareness grows and the deeper your training becomes, but daily participation is not compulsory for those that have a tight schedule.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. This course is our first of two signature courses. We have poured literally thousands of hours into making this course engaging, rewarding and transformative. It offers a comprehensive curriculum and in-depth training that deserves a certificate. You can be proud to add this certificate to your CV and profiles as it carries substance and authority.
