Flow in Life
Our team has over 15 years experience working with Olympic athletes, companies, and people wanting to feel better and improve their performance. With a focus on flow, happiness and performance can be one and the same thing. Flow is for everybody, not just the elite athlete or executive.
During your journey with us you will create a better relationship with yourself, understand your key motivators, and together we will unblock whatever is holding you back from finding your flow.
Flow is the gateway to our greatest performances. In flow every moment leads in to the next, our mind and body become synchronised, our actions become effortless, decisions are made and not debated, and we become at one with what we are doing; we become happy, engaged and inspired.
Ned Hallowell – a Harvard Medical School psychiatrist puts it well: ÔÇ£Flow naturally transforms a weakling in to a muscleman, a sketcher in to an artist, a dancer into a ballerina an ordinary person into something extraordinary. Everything we do is better in flow from baking a chocolate cake to planning a vacation; from writing a business plan to making love. Flow is the doorway to the more most of us seek. Rather than telling ourselves to get used to it, that all there is, learn how to enter into flow instead. There we will find, in manageable doses, all the more we need.ÔÇØ
Flow is an inward journey of mind and body, or as we like to call it, an adventure. Flow is not obtained from the endless pursuit of material gains, nor a magic bullet we can purchase. It is a state of mind, of being, of living. Something we need to work towards as we do our physical fitness or any other training.
Our flow coaching is a mix of life coaching, executive coaching, sports psychology, performance coaching, counselling and much more. Flow offers a holistic approach to getting in touch with your natural state of happiness and brilliance.
Finally, we now have flow courses and coaching programmes so you too can find your own flow and be who you were born to be.
Does the above look familiar?
Maybe you have never assessed how you focus on life or where you spend your energy. If you’re like most people, the above is very typical, where you notice that flow and a relationship with ourselves get left behind.
Considering that when it comes to the crunch, our success, happiness and relationships depend on our mental states, why do we pay it so little attention?
Now, that’s more like it!
Our management over our mental landscape is crucial in defining our performances. Showing it the respect it deserves, and dedicating the adequate time and training to improving our mind management and access to flow states, is half the battle already won.
