The ‘Flow Diploma: Working with Others’ is our final signature course for working with others that many coaches or people having already gained qualifications to work with others engage with.

If you are looking for the ultimate course to help you radically improve Flow in your life and transform the lives of others others, then this is for you.

This course is ideal for those who already work with others as a coach, psychologist, manager, leader, therapist, or instructor and want to add the philosophy and methodology of finding Flow to their existing skills.

This course is intense, fascinating and no good for any couch potatoes, but if you are serious about increasing your level of knowledge of flow and personal fulfilment in your life then this course is a must.

What will you receive?

We go beyond the small group sessions and offer personalised 1-to-1 support, feedback and mentoring to help you with integrating the course content into your life and work.

We examine how Flow fits into a multitude of areas of life, how to find it, and how you can help those that you work with to find more flow. We cover the psychology, neuroscience, physiology, therapy, and sociology of Flow, all with a focus on apply this knowledge to produce embedded knowledge and true learning for others.

To ensure that your learning has been embodied, applied and integrated we ask you to present how you are going to integrate Flow when working with others to the founders of TFC, so we can help give targeted feedback and support.

Choosing this course is more than just about the course. We continue to help our members years after there courses and we see your participation on the course as a life-long relationship with us. Modules & Content


The ‘Flow Diploma: working with Others’ accounts for 50 hours of training. It consists of eight modules delivered weekly over a two month period (for live online delivery). For example, expect a 4 hour session every week within the course period with additional self-paced learning and exercises to do in between.

The course is interactive and designed to help you embed the learning as you go. Below is a sample overview of the topics covered in the course.

Summary of Learning Outcomes


Learn and refine personal flow rituals.

Learn all the latest psychological, psychophysiological and neuroscientific research surrounding Flow.

Learn the meta-theories that underpin Flow science, human performance and well-being and how to apply them.

Learn how to help others understand and adopt an autotelic attitude.

Learn how to engage in enactive learning methodologies.

Learn to understand and examine human need fulfilment.

Learn how to further a resilient and growth mindset.

Learn how to take action to re-wiring the brain towards a Flow mindset.

Learn the fundamental psychological theories around motivation, confidence, consciousness and acceptance such as Self-Determination Theory, Self-Efficacy Theory, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.

We will identify how your current approach differs or is congruent with finding Flow.

We will examine the Scientific Signature of Flow™ and how best to reverse engineer it.

Meet Your Facilitators


Cameron Norsworthy

Cameron is a coach, keynote speaker, author and founder of The Flow Centre. Cameron was a junior British tennis player, and has been awarded the Outstanding Academic Achievement Prize for reports surrounding flow and performance.

In sport, Cameron has helped athletes become the world’s best, working with over ten World Champions. In business, he has helped CEO’s become impactful leaders, change their culture, and conduct mergers. In education, Cameron has helped schools cultivate a culture that allows both teachers and kids to excel in their learning.

Cameron is a qualified Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), holds a post-graduate certification in Business and Personal Coaching, and numerous certifications in a range of coaching and professional development domains.

Cameron has been a successful entrepreneur for over 15 years. Recently, in 2013, Cameron founded The Flow Centre to put Flow and coaching in the public eye.

Susan Jackson

Sue is a psychologist, author, mindfulness-meditation and yoga teacher. Since 1993, Sue has published extensively on flow, after her PhD thesis on flow received multiple awards.

Together with Mike Csikszentmihalyi, Sue co- authored the book ‘Flow in Sports’. In addition to holding academic positions in sport psychology, Sue has worked with high performers across a range of endeavours, from executives to Olympic champions.

Since 1993 Sue has enjoyed an academic career in Australian universities. In 2008, Sue moved from an academic-focused career into full-time consulting, and since this time she has focused her work in applied practitioner roles. Sue is a practising psychologist and trained in mindfulness-meditation approaches including ACT and iRest yoga nidra.

Sue brings both an in-depth scientific understanding and a practical tool-kit of psychological strategies.
