The retreat is collaborative by nature. There’s no teacher/student vibe, just a group of like-minded enthusiasts wanting to make meaning in the world. It will be fun and intense.
Join us for some early morning active sessions and workshops throughout the day. We will hear interesting research, practical ways to find flow, and transformative practices that will add value to your life.
If relevant you can pitch an idea, share your expertise, or simply join an amazing community. This gathering is a rarity, so we hope you make the most of it.
General wear is whatever you feel comfortable with. Most will be wearing relaxed beach wear. For the opening dinner (2nd night), the theme is ‘White and Bright’. For the closing dinner the theme is ‘Undeniably Me’.
We operate these sessions with the following approach, and we hope you bring them too:
- Growth mindset not fixed mindset
- ‘Yes..and’ rather than a ‘No..but’ philosophy
- Respect for all the crew
- Confidentiality in all workshops
