The Flow Model
The Flow Model is designed to help people self-regulate themselves towards Flow.
It has been designed utilising over fifty years of research and is consistent with the latest psychological, physiological and neuroscientific research on Flow. It is based on John Hendry’s considerable work over the last thirty years and Cameron Norsworthy’s refinement and application.
The idea of The Flow Model is to place ourselves in the Flow Zone (yellow area), which requires us to first recognise how far away we are from finding Flow. Either through our experience or behaviour, we can now easily identify where we are in relation to Flow and then make the necessary adjustments using The Pathway to Flow.
The above figure is just the tip of the iceberg in explaining this model. If you would like to know more, please get in touch or engage in one of our training programmes.
