Behind every strong tree is a solid foundation; roots that provide structure, stability and room to grow. We are no different. Our Thrive Retreats delve into each ‘Flow Element’ in a little more depth than the standard Flow Retreats, so we can get a better grasp of each element and dedicate time integrating them into our life. The Thrive retreats are aimed towards people who feel they could benefit from focusing on the basics of flow. They are designed to inspire and engage, and give us a springboard in which to enjoy our day-to-day lives.

The retreats are collaborative in nature and create remarkable relationships very quickly.

We will immerse ourselves in the elements, try new things and shake up the mind and body.

Large sections of the day will be workshop orientated, with the aim of making lasting change.
Flow
Yoga and mindfulness are ideal ways to find flow. Classes will be held most days.
Learning Flow
The Thrive retreats will focus on the core components of flow. Each retreat will focus on an individual element so we can delve into the detail and practically learn how to apply it to our lives. The workshops are designed to give us the practical skills so we can apply the principles of flow in our life, and change form surviving to thriving.
