This retreat will focus on goal setting. We will look how to get the best out of ourselves for the coming year and make goals that don’t wither away with the wind.
Together we will make an achievable action plan that focuses on the process on what we are doing rather than outcome goals that add stress and pressure.
If you wish to something or get some clarity for next year, this will be a great chance to make it happen.
Activities
We will be running morning outdoor yoga sessions, followed by exercises to get your goals for the year.
Our program is aimed to balance mind, body and spirit: learning, communicating with your inner self and exercising in nature.

Beach-side Accommodation
Includes 2 nights accommodation at a great house on the beach. Includes all workshops materials, instructors, activities etc. Just bring some food, some linen and an open mind.
